The request is not visible on my account

If one of your employees cannot see the request they wish to respond to, you can :

  • consult the list of your users in the Settings interface and check the name of the role assigned to this employee ;

  • check in this employee's role (Roles tab) that the topic concerned by the request is ticked in the employee's role.

For example, if the user does not see the request entitled ‘Economic dependence’ on their Aprovall Portal account, I will check in their role whether the corresponding topic is ticked. I note that the request ‘Economic dependence’ is part of the theme ‘Financial capabilities’. The theme ‘Financial capabilities’ is not ticked. I must tick it so that the user can access the request on their account.
