Access the setting

Open the Administration menu (top right of the screen).
In the left-hand menu, click on Security .
Locate the section "Validation of new guest users" .

Select the "Manual validation of invitations" option

If you select this option:

Each administrator will receive an access request by email when a new user is invited;
An administrator will need to process the request and:
- Accept the invitation
  - It defines the role of the new user.
  - The user has been added to your account.
  - He then receives an email informing him that his access has been validated and inviting him to log in.
- or Decline the invitation
  - The user is not added to the account.
  - He will not be able to access your account.

Processing access requests in the Aprovall Portal

Guests will be displayed in the Access Request section (Administration > Users > Access Requests).

All administrators of your account have access to this section and will be able to accept/refuse new users awaiting access.

You must define the role of each new user when you accept the access request:

The user role allows you to define their scope of intervention on Aprovall Portal.

Notifications indicating a new access request

An orange dot appears in the top right corner of your account administrators' screen when you have an access request to process.

Each administrator also receives an email informing them that a guest user is waiting for access.

What does the guest see while waiting for access?

Until the access request is processed, the user is in a waiting state and cannot access your provider account.

If the user logs in after you have not accepted the request, they will see this page:

On this page, the user can see the names of the administrators of their supplier account. They therefore know which administrators can process their access request.
